Havencraft excels as a control-oriented class, often playing the "heel" role. Havencraft tactics frequently center around followers with Ward and effects that restore defense. If you enjoy a defensive playstyle focused on surviving the early game against aggressive opponents through ample healing, area-of-effect damage, and strong protective measures, then Havencraft is an excellent choice. It's more of less like playing Mono White decks in Magic: The Gathering.
A key mechanic involves using Countdown amulets to summon powerful followers or trigger impactful effects, often accelerated by cards that reduce their countdown. This class allows you to build towards powerful late-game finishers. However, Havencraft decks can be slower to establish their board presence, so it's crucial to ensure you have the necessary cards to sustain yourself until the late game.
Best Decks & Budget Options
Havencraft has not seen much play so far, as playing control is typically quite punishing until we find the right balance. To be honest, I have not found it myself, but some players shared the deck they have had success with, climbing to the masters rank already. At the core of their strategy is the goal to suffocate the enemy, removing their board turn after turn while our leader is out of reach. This idea is the focus of both for the budget or the refined deck.
In the budget deck, we are mostly lacking our late game bombs. Those legendary cards typically serve to turn the game around, or represent one or two more ways to deal with our opponent's board, just in case multiple 10163220 were not enough. At least, 10062120 is available for cheap.
The refined build is pretty much the same deck with a flurry of legendary cards added to the mix. These open more powerful abilities, such as 10164130 representing a merger of 10062110. We basically give our opponent less room to navigate through our defensive scheme.

Best Cards & Crafting Recommendations
- 10164120 and 10164130 are the keys to constantly remove our opponent's board, and slowly taking over the match. 10104110 also has some nice synergies with the deck, and being a neutral, you can use her in other decks as well.
- Regarding the gold cards, they can all see play, but 10163210 and 10163220 are the cards you will routinely see played in three copies.
