Forestcraft Class – Best Decks & Cards to Craft

Forestcraft, as the name suggests, heavily incorporates nature-themed elements in both its cards and units. When it comes to gameplay, Forestcraft decks tend to be quite combo-oriented. So, for players who enjoy really fast, aggressive, 'go-wide' strategies that rely on strong combos, Forestcraft will be an excellent choice. Forestcraft style of play is similar to Mono Red Aggro decks in Magic: the Gathering.

However, a notable weakness for Forestcraft lies in its matchups against control decks. If you find yourself up against an opponent who can efficiently clear your board, you might face significant challenges in the late game.

Best Decks & Budget Options

Forestcraft doesn't seem to be too reliant on its legendary cards, so the gap between a budget and a refined deck isn't as wide compared to other classes. Indeed, with 10114110 from the free decks to serve as a late game push enabler, and 10113140 being a gold card, we have decent cards to close a match. Plus, 10012120 is actually a decent card to pressure a low health opponent. The 7-cost will serve as a solid placeholder until we unlock rarer cards.

10114130 is a great card for Forestcraft, offering a sizable unit in this mix of small fairies, on top of being a Ward in case we anticipate a Storm following coming. With the legendary added to the mix, we have a much better shot at holding the fort until we can grow 10113140 to enough attack to push for the win. 10012120 was fine to wait until we collect Vials, but the card is too expensive to run into a refined Forestcraft deck.

Best Cards & Crafting Recommendations

  • The trio of gold cards, 10113210, 10113140 and 10113110 is just great, helping us to close a match, or represent great multipurpose supports. Arguably, I believe Forestcraft is probably one of the cheapest class to play on a budget, thanks to these three and Bronze or Silver cards being enough for a decent deck.
  • When it comes to legendary cards, I would prioritize either 10114110 or 10114130 depending on your preferred play style. The 6-cost rewards you for pressuring the opponent and forcing them to focus on your board, while the other is more flexible, but does not represent a possible finisher. I would vouch for the 3-cost, as I believe a large unit in the early to mid-portion of the match is a huge asset, but this is more opinion than advice.
