Dragoncraft Class – Best Decks & Synergies (Blossoming Fate)

Dragoncraft is a class built around two very different strategies: Face and Ramp. For the first four sets, Ramp Dragoncraft was by far the most popular option. However, the class struggled to stay meta-relevant, often being too slow to truly shine.

With Blossoming Fate, Dragoncraft’s time has finally come! A new archetype emerged with Dragon Evolve, effectively replacing the old Face Dragon. While it remains an aggressive deck, it performs much better at contesting the opponent’s board and is far more consistent overall. This is the first expansion where Dragoncraft is performing so well, with both Dragon Evolve and Dragon Ramp sitting in the top tiers of the meta. Each of these decks answers different threats and significantly disrupts the opponent’s mulligan decisions.

Dragoncraft Ramp

A quick reminder: ramping refers to gaining extra Play Points using cards like 10042310 or 10444120, allowing you to play powerful cards earlier than your opponent. Here, I’m sharing two Ramp decks that use this strategy for very different purposes.

The first list is a more high-roll oriented deck, aiming to play 10244120 as early as possible to halve the cost of the cards in your deck. From there, all you need to do is draw into them. Even if the turn you play 10244120 is weak, does it really matter when you can follow up with explosive turns like playing 10104110 and 10143110 in the same turn?

The second version is more straightforward. You ramp to slam big Storm followers directly into your opponent’s face. Cards like 10204110 and 10143110 are great examples. If you ever feel under pressure, you can rely on cards such as 10444110 and 10144130 to clear opposing followers while still threatening lethal damage.

Dragoncraft Evolve

This is a completely different archetype that focuses much more on curve-based gameplay. There is no 10042310 or 10444120 here, instead, the goal is to maintain constant pressure while controlling the board. The deck features many ways to evolve followers for free, allowing you to consistently activate 10404110 and close out games efficiently.

No Legendary Dragoncraft Deck

Dragoncraft can be a difficult class to approach early on, as it usually requires a large number of Legendary and Gold cards. If you still want to play the class, here is a no-Legendary version of an Aggro deck. It is more aggressive and entirely focused on ending the game as quickly as possible, in an all-in strategy.

If you happen to open strong Storm followers like 10144120 or 10204110, feel free to experiment with them in this list!

Ultimately, if you enjoy playing Dragoncraft, the class now offers two strong and distinct identities: the long, value-driven Ramp Dragoncraft, or the consistency and board control of Dragoncraft Evolve. Choose the playstyle that fits you best!
